Terms of Service

Use InviteLux to create invitations for events you are actually hosting. Pay for the plan you choose. Own your content — you are responsible for it. We provide the tool as-is and will do our best to keep it running.

InviteLux is a web tool that lets you design a digital invitation, share a link with guests, collect RSVPs, and manage guest wishes. By using it you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must provide a valid email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• Starter — $3, invitation active for 6 months.
• Premium — $6, invitation active for 1 year, includes extra features.
• Forever — $12, invitation active for 2 years, with full feature access.

Payments are one-time per invitation, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Because invitations are digital and activated immediately on payment, all sales are final — see the refund section below for exceptions.

If the service is genuinely broken for you, or if you were charged twice, email hello@invitelux.com within 14 days of payment and we will sort it out. We are a small team and we will be fair.

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and guest information you add to your invitation. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload the content — including any photos of other people.

You agree not to use InviteLux to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to people who have not expected to hear from you.
• Host illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates someone else’s rights.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Try to break, probe, or abuse the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

We may suspend or remove invitations that violate these rules.

The templates, designs, code, and branding of InviteLux are ours (or licensed to us). You get a non-exclusive right to use them inside invitations you create on the platform. You may not resell the templates, copy the platform, or scrape it.

We aim to keep InviteLux up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or pause a part of the product when needed. We will give notice where reasonable.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to InviteLux is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You can stop using InviteLux and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the platform or other users. Active invitations remain live until the plan expires unless the violation is serious.

We may update these Terms. If the change is material, we will notify account holders by email and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
