Refund Policy

The short version
InviteLux sells digital invitations that activate immediately on payment. Because of the instant digital nature of the product, all sales are generally final. However, we are fair — if something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.
1. Digital product nature
When you purchase a plan on InviteLux (Starter, Premium, or Platinum), your invitation is activated immediately and the digital product is delivered at the moment of payment. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the invitation.
2. Eligible refunds
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure — you were charged but your invitation was not activated and remains in draft/expired state after payment.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same invitation.
- Service unavailability — InviteLux was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active plan period, making the product unusable.
3. Non-eligible situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after activating the invitation.
- Your event was cancelled or postponed.
- You created the invitation by mistake — you can edit the invitation at any time from your dashboard.
- You were unsatisfied with the template design after activation — template previews are available before payment.
- The invitation link was shared with guests — once shared, the product has been used.
4. How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment date:

Include your registered email address, the invitation name, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit card (Stripe) — 5–10 business days.
- E-wallet or bank transfer (iPaymu) — 3–7 business days.
6. Plan extensions
Extension purchases follow the same policy as plan purchases — they are final once processed. If an extension was charged but the invitation was not extended, contact us for a correction.
